Operation Officer
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to develop the qualitative and quantitative solutions and structure the value proposal to the clients;
Assist manager in executing the merchant banking solutions, including cold call, negotiation, client relationship management, client due diligence and client audit;
Prompt feedback the execution results to the Portfolio Management team and contribute the idea in solutions optimization;
Conduct other ad-hoc supporting duties.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above.
At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed;
Strong sense of maturity, responsibility, integrity and attention to detail;
Hunger for knowledge and strong desire to succeed within multi-cultural global teams;
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and mandarin. Other Asian language a plus.

IT Analyst
Responsibilities:
High emphasis on data mining and analytics for operations optimization;
Build and develop a digital platform, execute the digital strategies to meet business objectives with existing and/or emerging technologies;
Gather business and user requirements, involve in programming, testing, UAT;
Assist in general IT support (Help Desk) and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
University Degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related discipline. Fresh graduates welcome;
Proficiency in Python, Java EE and SQL; Preferably with knowledge in web and mobile application development;
Strong numerical and analytical ability;
Integrity, self-motivated, energetic, positive with pleasant personality;
Responsible and detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently;
Hunger for knowledge and strong desire to succeed within multi-cultural global teams;
Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and mandarin.
